Refund Policy:
Services are only fully refundable if canceled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled onboarding. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before or after an onboarding will be subject to a $45 CAD fee. Services cancelled more than 24 hours after onboarding are considered non-refundable.
We understand that there may be instances where a customer may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. In such cases, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue and find a mutually acceptable solution.
However, please note that there are certain circumstances where a refund may be granted, such as:
- The product or Service was not delivered as advertised.
- The product or Service was defective or damaged.
- The customer was charged incorrectly.
In such cases, we will investigate the issue and determine if a refund is warranted. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within five business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
